What we collect

• Account: email, phone number, date of birth, country of residence, Telegram username (optional), advertising-email choice, Terms acceptance.
• Verification (KYC): identity document, selfie / liveness check, address and, where required, source-of-funds documents — collected and checked by our provider Sumsub; we receive the result, document data and screening results.
• Security and fraud prevention: sign-in history, IP addresses and the country they belong to, browser and device type, a random device identifier (cookie) and a technical browser fingerprint (screen, language, time zone and similar settings).
• Play and payments: transactions, game rounds, time on the site, limits, self-exclusions, support conversations.

Multi-account, fraud and AML rules flag accounts automatically; a person reviews every flag before an account is closed.

Keeping data

Account, verification and transaction records are kept for 5 years after the account is closed (anti-money-laundering law); security logs for a shorter period. Everything else is deleted or anonymised when no longer needed.

Your rights

Access and download your data (Settings → Download my data), correct it, ask us to delete it (Settings → Close account; records we must keep by law are kept), object to or restrict processing, withdraw consent, and complain to your data protection authority.
