By creating an account you agree to these Terms and to the policies they refer to: Privacy, Cookies, AML/KYC, Responsible Gambling, Deposits, Withdrawals, Bonus Terms, Casino Game Rules, Sportsbook Rules and Complaints.

1. Eligibility

• You must be at least 18 years old, or the legal gambling age where you live if higher.
• You must not live in, or use CHART777 from, a restricted country: North Korea, Iran, Cuba, Myanmar (Burma), or any place where online gambling is illegal for you. Using a VPN or other means to hide your location is forbidden.
• You may not play if you are self-excluded with us or with a national self-exclusion scheme that applies to you, or if you are employed by us or our suppliers in a role that gives access to game or player data.

2. Your account

• One account per person, household, device and IP address unless we agree otherwise. Duplicate accounts may be closed and their bonuses and winnings from bonuses voided.
• Your details (name, email, phone number, date of birth, country of residence) must be true, complete and kept up to date.
• To protect against fraud we record the devices, browsers and IP addresses used with your account.
• Keep your password secret; you are responsible for activity on your account.

3. Verification

• We may ask you to verify your identity, age, address and source of funds at any time. Verification is required before a withdrawal of 100 USD or more, and when your total deposits reach 2,000 USD. See the AML/KYC Policy.
• Until verification is complete we may suspend withdrawals, play or deposits.

4. Funds, deposits and withdrawals

• Play currently uses demo credits, which have no monetary value and cannot be exchanged for money, goods or services.
• When real-money play is available, deposits and withdrawals follow the Deposit Policy and the Withdrawal Policy. Currencies: USD.
• You may only use payment methods registered in your own name.
• Player funds are kept separate from company operating funds (see the Withdrawal Policy).

5. Responsible gambling

Daily limits apply to time on the site (360 min), number of deposits (5), deposit amount (no limit) and losses (no limit). You can set stricter limits, take a cooling-off break or self-exclude at any time. See the Responsible Gambling Policy.

6. Bonuses

Bonuses are subject to the Bonus Terms. We may withhold or remove bonuses in case of abuse, duplicate accounts or breaches of these Terms.

7. Games and errors

Game rules are in the Casino Game Rules and inside each game. Malfunctions void all pays and plays. Obvious errors in odds, results or balances may be corrected.

8. Prohibited conduct

Fraud, money laundering, collusion, using bots or software that plays automatically, exploiting faults, chargebacks without reason, and abusive behaviour towards staff are forbidden.

9. Suspension and closure

We may suspend, restrict or close an account that breaks these Terms or the law, or where we must for legal or regulatory reasons, and we may withhold funds while we investigate. You may close your account at any time from Settings. Accounts without activity for 365 days may be treated as inactive.

10. Liability

CHART777 is provided "as is". We are not liable for losses caused by events outside our reasonable control, interruptions, or your breach of these Terms. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

11. Complaints and governing law

Complaints are handled under the Complaints and Dispute Resolution Policy. These Terms are governed by the laws of [to be confirmed].

12. Changes

We may update these Terms. Material changes are announced on the site and, where required, you must accept them again.
