Withdrawal Policy

Real-money withdrawals are not open yet; this policy applies from their launch. Demo credits cannot be withdrawn.

• Minimum withdrawal: 20 USD. Maximum per day: 5,000 USD.
• Identity verification is required for withdrawals of 100 USD or more and may be required for any withdrawal.
• Withdrawals are paid to the method used to deposit where possible (closed-loop), and only to accounts in your name.
• Processing time: up to 24 hours after approval (verification may add up to 3 business days). Fees: none charged by CHART777 (your payment provider may charge its own fees).
• Before paying we check bonus wagering, duplicate accounts, unplayed deposits and suspicious activity; a withdrawal may be held while we review it.
• Self-excluded players can still withdraw their balance.
• Player funds protection: player balances are held separately from the company's operating funds and are not used for running the business.
